Las Vegas boudoir photographer Michael Jones wants to help end breast cancer. Breast cancer does not discriminate based on age, gender or race. It is a prevalent form of cancer affecting women worldwide and continues to be a significant aspect of our lives. In the year 2021 alone, approximately 2.3 million women across the globe received diagnoses and the incidence rates are increasing.
Breast cancer is the primary cause of cancer related deaths in the most impoverished nations and ranks second among the causes of cancer related deaths in American women. Developing countries are witnessing higher mortality rates due to limited access to screenings and treatments, while right within our own community, social and economic factors contribute to obstacles in receiving proper diagnosis and care.
Our ultimate objective is to eradicate breast cancer altogether. We aspire for a world free from fear, devoid of hospital visits or enduring side effects unnecessarily. We refuse to lose any more loved ones to this relentless disease.
The path towards achieving this goal lies in research. Research has been transforming our understanding of cancer at its core. Every single day it changes lives by providing necessary assistance for both women and men affected by this disease.
